Zitsome A Gel contains a combination of Clindamycin and Adapalene that is used to treat acne. It helps to decrease the number of acne lesions. Clindamycin is an antibiotic which works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Adapalene belongs to a class of medications called retinoids. It works by affecting the growth of cells and decreasing swelling and inflammation.
The gel should be applied to the affected area of skin twice daily, after washing the skin thoroughly with warm water and soap and gently drying it. Wash your hands after applying the gel. If your skin becomes excessively dry or irritated or starts peeling you should use the gel less frequently - once a day or every other day.
