Clotrimazole USP 1.0%w/w, Beclomethasone Dipropionate USP 0.025%w/w, Neomycin Sulphate USP 0.5%w/w, Cream Base Q.S.
Clisome BN Cream is a topical medication used to prevent the growth of fungal cells. It is primarily used for athlete\\\'s foot and jock itch although it can also benefit many other fungal based skin infections. It contains a combination of Clotrimazole with Beclomethasone Dipropionate and Neomycin Sulphate. Clotrimazole, an imidazole derivative with a broad spectrum of antimycotic activity is used to treat cutaneous tinea infections. Beclomethasone is a glucocorticoid receptor agonist that relieves the symptoms of a flare-up by reducing inflammation, itching and redness. Neomycin is an aminoglycoside useful primarily in infections involving aerobic, Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria. Clisome BN Cream can be used in the treatment of conditions such as Athlete’s foot (tinea pedis), Jock itch (tinea cruris), Ringworm (tinea corporis), Pityriasis (tinea versicolor) Candidiasis, Eczema (Dermatitis), superficial skin infections and swelling, redness, itching on skin, Impetigo and Pruritus.
Clean the affected area with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Apply enough cream to cover the affected area. Wash your hands immediately after using cream, unless your hands are part of the treated area.
